Return Policy
1. Any refund should be taken up
within 7 days & exchange should be taken up within 14 days from the date of
purchase and the product should be in the same state of packing as it was
bought.
2. Original receipt/ invoice
should be produced for the purpose.
3. Products should be returned
in the same condition as it was purchased/ sold and any tampering or repairing
done would invalidate the claim. The decision of the company shall be final and
binding in this regard.
5. No exchange or refunds on the
goods bought from other vendors or sources either within the country Qatar or
outside the country.
6. No exchange or refund shall
be made for Lingerie, accessories, cosmetics & men’s brief, due to hygienic
reasons.
It is the condition stated in
policy of return and exchange is null in case of breach of the provision of the
clause (5) of law no(8) on consumer protection in the state of Qatar.
