Seller to the Buyer, its delivery, the warranty terms (if any) related to the
Product and the return, refund or cancellation of purchase of any Products.

not warrant that the sale price provided by the Seller of the Product is
accurate, proper and valid. Any error in the sale price shall be solely
attributed to the Seller and not to Getatqa.com Prices, Product description and
availability of the Product are Seller's responsibility.
Getatqa.com shall not assume any liability for
the non-availability of the Product, delivery of the Product directly by the
Seller.
8. Cancellation of an Order
If you the
customer cancel the order Getatqa.com
shall cancel the order as per your request however the online transaction
charges will not be refunded also the cost of delivering and re-picking charges
will apply if the product has been shipped. Getatqa.com will not be able to cancel orders that have already
been shipped. Getatqa.com has the
full right to demonstrate whether an order has been shipped or not. The
customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Getatqa.com and accept Getatqa.com
decision regarding the cancellation.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These
Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Qatar.
